Basswood Shutter Sydney
Basswood has become one of the most widely used materials for shutters in the global market. This is due to its resistance to warping, easy workability, durability and its acceptance of a variety of finishes.
Basswood is a member of the hardwood family. The use of basswood for musical instruments including guitars and piano soundboards reinforces its properties as a stable and reliable timber.
The maximum panel width for our basswood shutter is 950mm wide and a mid rails is required for any panel over 1800mm high. When wider panels are required, a centre stile can be used up to an overall maximum panel size of 1200mm. |
